Despite the original design using a hollow core base, its 70+ lbs final product does an excellent job of blocking sounds after the addition of 1/2” of wood, 1” of high-density foam, & 1/4”+ of vinyl. But for those looking to block even more audio leakage we offer Door Seal Kits (call for pricing)

  • We do not charge extra if your door space is shorter than the preset heights. Simply purchase the door in the next size upwards & tell us your desired measurement.

  • The reveal refers to the area that the vinyl does not cover on the door’s core. This is generally between 5/8” to 3/4”. Its purpose is to ensure the vinyl does not come into contact with the frame of the door.

  • Deluxe Theater Doors:

    • 3-4 Weeks

    Premium Theater Doors:

    • 3-5 weeks

    Shipping Time in the continental US is 5-7 business days

Before You Buy

  • Measure both height and width before ordering. Do not assume the door is 80” or 96” tall. Some doors are cut down due to things like existing carpet and thresholds or custom needs.

  • Use the chart provided and determine what door swing type you have:

    • Single Swing

    • Double Acting Swing

  • The sample color pics provided are directly from the vinyl options. Examples are high-resolution scans of the actual vinyl to give you the closest possible visual that you can get behind a screen. There is also a color-sample kit for sale if you would like to see the color in your actual environment.
